Event organizers rarely want a one-off rental. Yoga teachers run classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Course leaders need the same room six Fridays in a row. Workshop hosts come back every season and want to keep the same place. We work with these needs and offer a structured arrangement with predictable costs.

Why fixed time slots cost less
It's easier for us to plan the calendar when we know Tuesday evenings are booked for the next six months. For you, that means a lower hourly rate, guaranteed availability (your date can't be lost to another client), and an advantage in venue configuration (furniture is set up correctly before you arrive).
How we structure the offer
Start with a free call or short message — tell us how often, how long, and how many attendees. We prepare a quote with three options: standard hourly rate, recurring rate (if you commit to at least 3 months), and an annual rate (the best value). You can add storage for your materials, earlier venue access for setup, or extra services on request.

How many guests can the room accommodate?
Up to 14 guests seated and up to 15 for a standing reception. For photo shoots, the space also suits smaller teams and families.
Do you have your own caterer?
We work with trusted partners, but you can also choose your own caterer.
Is there parking available?
The street and several paid parking lots are just a few minutes' walk away.
What time does the event end?
By 9:00 PM — the space is in a residential building and we respect the neighbours' quiet hours. Photo shoots and workshops are scheduled during daylight hours.
Can I add my own decorations?
Yes, the space is neutral and perfect for personalized decor. We’ll coordinate the layout in advance.
How do I book a date?
